I had an issue with splintering on the handrail. Alex was promoted at sending someone by to address the issue. I will call them again for future projects.

Finding VIP services and contracting them to work on several projects on and in my house has been one of the best, if not the best, experiences I have ever had in regards to home improvement projects.

When contacted they were quick to review the projects, and provided a quick and fair estimate for the job with a breakdown of each job individually to allow me to decide if there were any parts of the project I may have wanted to delay.

After the contract was signed the project was “tackled” by VIP with promptness and gusto. The entire project was completed quickly, ahead of schedule, and at what was a VERY fair price.

Everyone was courteous and professional and they provided exceptional and professional results.

I have future projects planned and I can guarantee I will be using VIP to complete them.

If it is not already apparent, i highly recommend using VIP for any projects you may be considering.

I have done business with Alex and his crews for years on hundreds of properties and have always felt he is honest, fair, and gets the job done when he said it would be done. Would highly recommend VIP Remodeling !!!
